What sustainability means at B2 Impact

The Group’s mission is to reduce the gap that non-performing debt creates in the credit chain between creditors and customers. In Romania, we work according to the same logic: we manage receivables responsibly, in the long term, with attention to compliance and reputation.

B2 Impact has a sustainability strategy built on four directions. In Romania, these translate into concrete practices, reflected in how we work with partners, with debtors, and within the team.

1. Knowing customers and fair treatment: we focus on balanced communication and on solutions that make sense for each case, with the objective of improving debtors’ financial outlook whenever possible.
2. A sustainable value chain: we contribute to the responsible acquisition of portfolios and respect principles related to human rights.
3. An attractive workplace: we invest in training and development, support a diverse and inclusive culture, and take care of colleagues’ health and wellbeing.
4. Transparent ESG conduct: data protection and cybersecurity are priorities, as are ethics and anti-corruption prevention.

Sustainability in collections activities

In our collections activity, we start from the simple idea that amicable solutions are the first option whenever the situation allows it. We aim to find a balance between efficiency and fair treatment. That is why, where possible, we work with realistic payment plans and clear communication, without unnecessary pressure. When legal instruments are needed, we use them within the limits of the applicable framework and in line with the Group’s ethical standards.
