As of 27.02.2026, B2 Impact S.R.L. has fully absorbed, through merger, the activities and operations of Veraltis Asset Management S.R.L., becoming its legal successor.
Following the merger, B2 Impact carries out all debt collection and management activities previously performed by VAM and acts as as applkicable, as Data Controller for its own debt portfolios, and as Joint Controller (Art. 26 GDPR), together with Ultimo Portfolio Investment (Luxembourg) S.A. and B‑Squared Investments S.à r.l., for the debt portfolios owned by these entities.
